Returns & Cancellations

We gladly accept returns.

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship the item back within 14 days after receiving your order.

To qualify for a refund, the jewelry must be returned in its original box, in unworn and unused condition, together with all accompanying documents (including a GIA certificate, if applicable). Returns requested after the 14-day return period cannot be accepted, and the sale will be considered final.

Because each piece is handcrafted, all approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. Shipping costs are:

  • €20 for orders up to €300
  • €40 for orders over €300

Refunds apply only to the value of the product, minus the applicable restocking fee and original shipping cost.

Example:

  • Ring price: €100
  • Shipping: €20
  • Restocking fee (10%): €10
  • Refund amount: €70

Items must be returned in their original packaging and in unworn condition. We reserve the right to refuse any return if the jewelry shows signs of wear, damage, alteration, or any condition that makes it unsuitable for resale.

Refunds are processed after the returned package has been received and inspected.

Returned Shipments

If your order is returned to us due to a postal service error, you may choose either:

  • Reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply), or
  • Refund, calculated as:

Refund = Order Cost − 10% − Shipping Cost

If the package is returned because it was refused by the recipient, customs duties or taxes were not paid, or the parcel was not collected in time, you may choose either reshipment (for an additional shipping fee) or a refund.

In these cases:

Refund = Order Cost − 30% − Shipping Cost

Cancellations

As every piece is handmade and produced to order, cancellations are accepted only within 6 hours of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Custom or personalized jewelry
  • Engraved items
  • Special commission orders
